🔧 Precision Manufacturing
In the temperature-controlled machining workshop, key structural components such as printer beams and frames are processed with high-precision machining equipment. Automated welding robots, bending centers, and material cutting systems help maintain production consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
⚙ Standardized Assembly
From individual components to a complete printer, each assembly stage follows documented production standards. Wiring, tubing, and mechanical installation are checked step by step before moving to the next workstation.
🖨 Printhead Testing & Calibration
Engineers test and calibrate Epson I3200 and Konica printheads individually before installation. Waveform settings, ink pressure, nozzle status, and color consistency are verified to meet factory standards.
🚀 Full Machine Testing
Before shipment, every printer undergoes continuous operational testing under simulated production conditions. Printing, media feeding, take-up systems, belt movement, and functional modules are tested before approval.

Organized workstations, designated material areas, and standardized workflows help maintain an efficient production environment and support consistent manufacturing quality.
🌍 From Shanghai to Global Markets
After completing inspection and testing, printers are shipped worldwide through Shanghai's major logistics hubs, joining more than 40,000 Wit-Color machines already operating across global markets.
