Q: Eco-solvent Inkjet Printer (EPSON)

Eco-solvent printing technology has revolutionized how signmakers create durable and long-lasting images and graphics. Eco-solvent printers use special inks that produce excellent image quality and vibrant colors while being environmentally friendly and can be used in combination with the Roland vinyl cutter.

Eco-solvent inks have very few or no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), so it's safe to use this ink to print in places with little or no air flow. Because of its low VOCs, it also doesn't have the lingering printing smell that other inks have.

Key Differences Between Latex and Eco-Solvent Printing

Latex Printing: Utilizes water-based inks with latex polymers. These inks are notable for being eco-friendly and safer for indoor use. Eco-Solvent Printing: Uses solvent inks with a reduced level of harmful chemicals.
